Pancakes al fresca

Its Sunday morning, and Vivi wants blueberry pancakes for breakfast. She's the cook! She loves to measure the mix, add the egg, and stir. She does a mighty good job, except for the occasional bit of eggshell in the batter.

Oops, Vivi, you forgot something! Where are your clothes?

For you Oregonians out there, check out our pancake mix! Straight from our hometown to Costco Korea! We're well stocked with Bob's Red Mill, for now anyway, but its only a matter of time before we run out. Costco opens in Busan this spring sometime (remember, when we lived in Busan we had to drive for 2 hours to get to Costco?), so Bruce will be able to stock up on essentials, like our Starbucks coffee, when he visits Korea for work.
